I can’t speak for the Law Firm as a whole, but I would recommend not using Lauren Davenport on the Family Law side if you intend to FIGHT for custody of your child. I’ve spent around $10,000 (or more) and she couldn’t even accomplish something as basic as getting a case dismissed for lack of jurisdiction (when in Supreme Court of Ohio has already set a precedent on a similar case). In my opinion she’s weak. She lets the other attorney and magistrates control the flow of your case. She’s not aggressive at all despite being told constantly to be so. She doesn’t follow your requests for what you are trying to achieve and claims “this or that” will be better but in the end it has zero results. She constantly agrees to agreements that aren’t in your favor and brings it back to you instead of having common sense and rejecting it and demanding a more favorable agreement for her client. Basically none of her legal advice worked in my favor. You hire an attorney to WIN not to be a mediator. I would only use her if your intention is to settle or it’s a divorce without any disputes. My child was taken out of my home state without my consent and it should have been very easy for her to get results. In the end I had to settle into an agreement that was not in my favor due to her inept handling of my case. I also do not believe she had my best interest at heart. If you accept the money your goals should align with mine. Your opinion or what you would like to see shouldn’t be part of it. I also believe in at least 1 instance information was willingly or unwillingly leaked to the opposing party. These people don’t care because they move on with their lives and on to the next case. Unfortunately, I cannot allow that. Not with me. Not with costing me a regular relationship with my son.

Tony and his staff were beyond helpful and supportive. Without going into detail, I was in a very tough position, but he was able to get me the best possible outcome and updated me every step of the way. He fought for me to get this outcome and was able to succeed, and for that, I will be forever grateful. His staff was also very kind, reliable, and easy to get ahold of when I had additional questions regarding the case. They always ensured I was aware of court dates and meetings by sending emails in advance and phone calls the day of. 10/10 recommend.

We hired tony for my son Dylan who was facing somewhere in the area of 96-98 yrs , and they had him dead to right on about 25-28 yrs worth of felonies.Somehow and I’ll never know how lol tony managed to get him a deal for 5 yrs , from facing 96yrs with a guaranteed 27yrs to get him 5 was absolutely unreal ,I thank you my wife thanks you and my son thanks you , your whole team and this whole experience was above top notch, would recommend or use them for anything

I was given Bradley & Associates name to contact about immigration to the USA. It was a good accidental meeting in CVS Eaton I found a fellow Brit who has been in the USA for 11 years. We got chatting and Bradley and Associates name was mentioned. Our initial consultation was missed yet they managed to see us when we arrived at the offices. Very accommodating and friendly staff on hand. The information provided was “Priceless” and the process was explained in detail. I cannot speak highly enough of Bradley & Associates for the initial consultation I will be utilising the services in my application.

I was in court with Nick for an OVI. Someone else was in court on their first OVI case as well. The judge told the other defendant, who saw no jail time, got driving privileges and a few other things that helped out their situation that “you’re lucky you’ve got a good lawyer”. So I was preparing to receive a similar ruling due to our cases being pretty much identical… Nick got mine dropped down to a physical control charge with driving privileges and a few other conditions that helped improve my situation. He also oversaw another case of mine and got me through that with minimal repercussions. I’m so grateful for Nick & his firm. They are worth every penny. Do not settle for a public defender if you don’t have to.. charges/convictions, at the least, slow down your life progression. Get with this firm and they’ll get you right.

Nick helped me out of a real jam, I was falsely accused of a crime that would have been permanently on my record. He helped me get the charges dropped. Highly recommended.

Excellent group of people! Definitely worth the money and I would recommend them to anyone! Quick to respond and always on top of what needs done along with keeping you updated with everything going on in your case. I had gotten a serious offensive dropped to a next to nothing outcome. 6 out of 5 stars!
