I called this office with only 3 days left until my grandson's hearing. Mr. Tony Abboud started immediately on this case - was in constant contact with me and my grandson- and worked hard to get a favorably result. I would recommend this law firm to anyone! Even if the end result would have not been favorable, he worked hard to achieve the goal. Thank you again!!!

Initially we hired another attorney who was incompetent, and that was the most exasperating experience of our lives. Thankfully we found Bradley & Associates. Karen & staff quickly and competently completed my green card application; then, my citizenship application. On October 22nd I passed my citizenship test answering all of the questions correctly. Hopefully by the end of November I will complete my citizenship oath ceremony in Cincinnati. With Karen’s tutelage I have successfully come to the end of my 4 year venture to become a U.S Citizen. The service is absolutely useless can't get a hold of anyone in family matters or get assistance with any information complete waste of taxpayers money

Tony took on my case when I was at the lowest point in my life. While working with him he was kind, straight forward, quick to respond, and really fought to get the best possible outcome for my situation. I can't thank him and his paralegal Michelle enough for the hard work they put in and for saving me when I felt like my life was completely over. The person I spoke to on the phone briefly had an air of annoyance and wouldn’t let me speak. Compassion goes a long way. I doubt anyone that has to call legal aid is in a good place, so showing some kindness would help ease the burdens of folks in a position of need.

Tony and Michelle are extremely professional, knowledgeable, organized, and very timely. I would recommend Tony to anyone requiring legal advise and assistance.

The woman who called me back was not just rude, but when I asked if she could point me in the direction of someone who could help since she couldn’t, she responded “No”. Nothing else, not an inkling of help. If you can’t help, at least be kind about it and pretend you care that a family is struggling to know what to do and where to turn. She was cold and rude and I would like to recommend to her superiors that you give her the opportunity to be happy somewhere else. If we’re calling Legal Aid, we’re already having a hard time.

They were not able to help me but the woman on the phone was the most compassionate person and I just wanted to appreciate her. Thank you for trying
