Got a referral from a friend of mine to contact Karen to assist on my parents case. Worst experience from any lawyers our family has ever dealt with. My parents left with none of their questions answered and feeling worthless. To spend $80 just to feel belittled and racism is something no one should ever have to go through especially when seeking help.

I don’t know ? They never call you back. If they do call you back it is to tell you to call back again the next day. It’s pretty much over as far as getting help through these agencies . Better of trying to figure it out yourself
