Fidelity is the best title agency in Dayton. The staff is professional, timely, and always available to answer any questions or concerns the client has. My wife and I have used fidelity on multiple transactions and couldn’t be happier.

As first time home owners, my wife and I could not have had a better closing experience had it not been with Northwest Fidelity Title. The closing process was smooth,easy, and without surprises. This removed any stress or concerns that we may have had. Above all else I was very pleased with how my wife and I were treated and would advise anyone to seek out this title company for any services they may require.

One of the worst experiences ever. Minimal communication can’t ever reach by phone emails go without response. Their portal is not updated with current information. I would never use them.

Unbelievable incompetency, unprofessional to say the least. Dealing with Tammy Loucus was a nightmare to deal with and completely unprofessional with multiple irregular payoff statements and multiple incorrect payout deposits! We were even charged additional fees for their mistakes including charges from my own attorneys time to get involved for their negligence. Run from this company. Landmark Title that we have used x4 in the past far exceeds anything Fidelity has to offer.
