I am extremely suspicious of this firm ...it's been over 6 1/2 year since my case was settled and i have not received a penny...tonight i called and was on hold for over 30 minutes while they got someone who "handles" these cases...never answered so i hung up

I was guilty as hell, and Mr. Lipowicz got me the best possible outcome based on several mitigating factors in my case. No Jail! I think his professional relationship with the prosecutor was very helpful in securing a deal. He was always available to discuss my case, and he walked me through the process step by step. His fee was also very reasonable. If you get in trouble, I recommend hiring Mr. Lipowicz because he will leave no stone unturned planning a vigorous defense for you.

Karl Kordalis handled a rather delicate DUI for me that was reduced to a wreckless driving. I was on temporary assignment in the Dayton area at the time of my arrest and Karl had this matter resolved within 3 weeks. I needed that to happen and he made it so. I would give Karl 100 stars if available! He not only helped me out with a possibility of an OVI and losing my license for up to a year. He got it dropped and got me back my license at our first trial! He was always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had and always made me feel like I was not just a pay check to him! If you need an attorney for any reason please chose this guy! He will fight to the finish.
