I have learned in many areas of life that you pay for what you get! Patrick is an atty. That does what he says. I am dedicated and will call no other. His entire office is great and helpful also!

You may hire L Patrick Mulligan initially but he won't be the one handling your case, it will be one of his lackeys who is completely incompetent.
I hired this guy in 2014 for a DUI, he appeared once for me briefly. The next few times his lackey started showing up. When it came do to thyou plea his lackey told me the prosecution accepted to reduce to wreck less op. When I went before the judge the prosecutor told the judge my lawyer was wrong there was no deal. I ended getting no deal and was hit hard for a 1st dui conviction. My daughter who was 13 at the time could have done better. What a joke.

Mr Mulligan and his associates represented a family member of mine and instead of representing his client and doing what was best for her and all those concerned they were more interested in running up a lot of bogus charges. When we realized what was happening and a request was made that they withdrawal from representing us, they put it off as long as they could. We finally had to take matters into our own hands. They don't Consider themselves in working for you and what is best for you. They are only interested in what is going to line their pockets. And because of this they made what was suppose to only take days take weeks and weeks.
When all the other attorneys in the area consider them to be the bottom of the barrel that should tell you something.....

Mr. Mulligan was absolutely professional and made me feel like he really cared. He did an amazing job in proving me innocence on my felony 1. Anyone would be crazy not hire him.

While I did not choose the office/staff for representation due to my case being settled, I did have a consultation. The consultation was my first time ever dealing with any type of lawyer and they made me feel extremly comfortable and reasured me things would be ok. They gave me details on the process pretaining to my case as well as very good information. The staff members were very polite and easy to talk to

During my case he did not prepare for the trial, did not produce or made an effort to collect any evidence, neglient during the trial signed the paper without even talking to me about it,. Did not even return the calls I made to talk about the trial.

Well, we are back in court for a custody issue that, we now know could have been handled much better. He is your 'lawyer' until you pay him. Then you get passed off to one of his lackeys who do no homework, briefly read your case and don't stand up for you in court. They invest no time, there is no guidance and they simply don't care. Pay Pat, kiss any real legal help goodbye, and start planning all the do nots for the next time you need a lawyer. We lost years of positive time with my step daughter because this guy is a money hungry. Do yourself a favor and save time and money. Go with someone who actually CARES about clients before money!

Mr. Mulligan made all the difference in my case. Through his yellow page ad, I was able to reach him in the middle of the night, after my ex-wife had me falsely arrested for Domestic Violence Verbal. He was prompt in coming to my assistance. He went out of his way to help reach my family so that they could get me released from holding. He answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. He was able to get the results I was hoping for at the pre-trial, so that we did not actually have to go through an actual trial. Mr. Mulligan exceeded all my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar unfortunate situation. He was a Godsend for me.

I was offered a plea deal in return for a six month sentence with work release on a misdemeanor charge. Mulligan refused and said we were going to take it to trial.
The night before the trial, his assistant called me on the phone and said that we were going to take the plea and I’d probably have to do a few weekends in jail.
The day of the trial Mulligan was 30 minutes late and the judge was aggravated -I agreed to the plea and was promptly handcuffed and lead away to jail with no work release! -I was better off taking the prosecutor’s offer than hiring Mulligan! -Then I sat in jail for almost a month waiting for Mulligan to secure my work release as the prosecutor originally offered.
