This will be the second review I have written. Can not say enough about Mr David Marquis, he has went above and beyond for me with my case. From day one, he has worked very hard for me to ensure that I would get what I was deserved. Also, his paralegals, Amy Smith and Allison was a God send. I would like to give a huge shout out to Dominic zambelli for the amazing work that he has done on my case. The service that I received was amazing and I could not ask for a better lawyer and I am more than thankful for everything and I would like to again thank you to the dryer garofalo man and shorts law firm for all their amazing and wonderful work.

I called their Springfield office to get another opinion because I wasn’t sure if my current lawyer was doing the best he could for me on a worker’s comp lawsuit and I wanted their opinion as to if I was making the right decision and I stated so very clearly when I first called. They were polite and took down detailed information and said I would receive a call back. The return call was out of Columbus but it was in a timely manner. The caller informed me me they would not speak to me because I already had an attorney. Ok. No problem. No hard feelings, although I did wonder why they took down details if the answer was going to be NO. Apparently it was because they wanted my lawyer’s name. She continued by saying they called my attorney and told him about my call to them “out of professional courtesy “. While I appreciate the honesty, I found that to be very unprofessional behavior. There was no reason to “tattle” on me for simply seeking an opinion on if I was making the proper choice between settlement and trial. I will never use this law firm because of my interaction with them today.

Working with Chris was a pleasure. He is very dependable and vested. I would use him again if needed.

Mr. Smith is very professional. I’ve had attorneys in the past where everything was just last minute communication. He contacted me prior to my case, and made sure that everything was solid beforehand. He always got back to me personally if I had any questions regarding any legal proceedings. I found him to be very thorough in the courtroom, as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that finds they need help legally.

I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking! Seth Schanher did an amazing job with my case. He’s very efficient, sympathetic and humble . He pushed very hard for the best settlement possible.

I cannot speak highly enough of DGMS, my attorney Ben Felton, and his team. After I was in a car wreck and required surgery, I knew I needed assistance covering my medical bills. My case took longer than I had thought it would because I had never been in this situation before- BUT it took so long for a good reason. I ended up being awarded more than I thought I would, and was very pleased with the outcome. Ben kept me informed along the way, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His staff answered my emails promptly and never left me in the dark about anything. Even though my case took two years to settle, they fought for me the entire way and I will forever be extremely thankful for them.

Chris started off as a court- appointed attorney for a contempt of in regarding to a family law matter. It was a false motion by the opposing party which later was dismissed. However, I had to end up personally hiring him to do a counter claim against the opposing party for back child support and contempt. Chris was very understanding and professional. He always return my text messages and phone calls. I’ve decided to keep him as a family law attorney because he was so great. I would recommend him to anyone that has family law issues and needs legal counseling. He even worked with us on a payment plan to pay the legal fees. Superb lawyer!
