Do not use this attorney, all he cares about is your money and once he gets it you barley hear from him. He’ll not put the work into FIGHTING for you and will avoid taking it to trial so he doesn’t have to put in the effort. Your better off hiring Lopez in Troy, Ohio. Promises one thing but you’ll get another ! Do not use this attorney

Should not trust that guy

Payed for a attorney got nothing. Strung out court waiting to pinch me in for a bigger paycheck and didn’t tell me there were even more additional charges on top of fees. When I went with someone else he told me I wouldn’t get a refund or representation. Even though it stated in contract if he didn’t complete for any reason there would be a refund. Highly Do Not Recommend!!!

Mr. Mulligan and associates did not show up for my court date. You have 1 job. They still charged me. Wouldnt that be considered stealing? As soon as I payed my retainer fee, Mr mulligan conveniently disappeared for the next 3 weeks on "vacation." Little to no communication between his secretaries and myself. Whenever I had a question I could never reach him. Was supposed to receive a call from him personally, never happened. I had a hearing at 2 pm, I show up at 2. I wait in the courtroom for 30 minutes or so. The clerk of court comes in and says my lawyer asked for a continuance at 930 that morning. It was granted at 1130 am. I call them and they said there was someone there at the court. The court said that was false. So not only did they not tell me I had a continuance, they also lied to cover there tracks and still charged me for the appearance they didn't appear at.

Was gonna use them to handle case for wife being in lima jail for chocolate cannabis candy that she had. She had license by her doctor and from neck/back surgery. She was on opioids for years, til doctor switch her and courts lied, cause they can't show proof of court papers for warrant to appear. They all over the place in lima and can't get their story straight. She had asthma attack and they giving what they want, instead of what she need. She has a steroid that she takes to get it under control. I see something bad happening and I will have a lawsuit on everyone involved. This law firm let me down but they seem to have good comments. Well, not this one. 🗑

This attorney really went above and beyond. He makes things happen. If you have a need, please call him. When Patrick was called early in the morning he answers himself. He knows his way around the court system. His paralegal Maita was very friendly and ALWAYS answered my calls and questions.
