Kate Bowling is the absolute best attorney to have in your corner, fighting for your best interests in everything that she works for! We went to Kate for assistance in handling a Domestic Relations case involving juvenile children, as well as civil protection orders, that spanned over 2 counties. Kate answered all of our questions, and explained everything in depth and in terms relating to what our goals were. She kept in constant communication with us, via text, phone calls, paperwork, and emails. She stayed very organized (as there were multiple cases) and always kept us apprised of all progress being made. Kate will give it to you straight and is not afraid to address every aspect of your case very bluntly and honestly. She will respect the time and efforts that you have put into your case and will help you achieve the outcome you desire. By the end of all of our cases, Kate had helped us achieve every single goal we had set and we have nothing but praise for her! We have already hired her for another case to ensure we get the most favorable outcome!

It is my pleasure to be writing this review for Mrs. Bowling. I can't say enough about how amazing she in all regards of my experience with her. Before I hired Mrs. Bowling I had another attorney that wasnt able to get anywhere with my case in almost 10 months time. In a matter of less than two months she was able to get me a solution that I couldn't have been happier about. I am an RN and I was afraid that if the charges I received didn't get lowered I was going to lose my license. Because of Mrs. Bowling and I was able to keep my nursing license. If you want an attorney that will truly fight for you, is willing to take your case all the way and do whatever needs to be done to get the results you need than she is the attorney you want on your side. She was able to get done what another supposedly 5 star on Google attorney couldn't! She is nothing but the best and the prosecutors know it!! Thank you, Mrs. Bowling!

I am impressed with her personalized approach to each case. She educated me on my options throughout the process and Kate told me the best, and aggressive, approach to take and followed through on the plan. Kate is clearly an advocate for her clients and I'd hire her again and refer to my family and friends (if they ever needed).

I was referred to Mr. West by a friend. It was by and far the best reference I have ever received. I am having an issue with a credit card. Long story short, and not drawing any details, Mr West gave me some of the most solid advice I could have asked for. That said, he could have told me something that would have benefited himself or his firm just for the sake of making a buck. I was told Rick was a straight shooter, and thinking of me, and not himself, he advised me to take care of me, even though it didn't benefit him! Mr. West is a straight shooter through and through, and if I ever needed a guy that is willing to stand up for me, and take my back, this is the guy I want doing it!
