If you want a good attorney Frank is it, he's as as good a lawyer as there is in Dayton bar none. He has represented members of my family several times over the last 15 years and has always done exemplary work. He's honest, reasonable, easy to communicate with, whip smart and won't gouge, over charge or take you for granted. If you need strong, first rate legal representation I highly recommend Frank Malocu.

Absolute joke...Handled a personal injury case for me. Did a grrrreat job...other than the fact my medical bills were NOT PAID! Not kidding. Found this out a few years later when a judgement was put on me for said bills and hurt my credit. Have went back and forth with his secretary for a year or more and she still cant tell me what happened...Meanwhile, they keep giving me the run around and trying to "figure it out" instead of just paying the 4k, figuring it out their damn self, and getting the judgement off of me. But nooooooo! Guess i will pay it myself and sue them for that plus all the extra interest i have paid on loans because of the ONE ding on my credit. Does anyone else find this ridiculous? Steer clear....Bet someone calls me back now! See how this works? This is my first action Alana. Next will be a lawyer

Mr. Gounaris was very professional and took the time to get to know me and my case. I was extremely nervous when I went to see him but left feeling confident and cared for. The day of my case he took care of everything again putting me at ease. I would definitely recommend Mr. Gounaris to anyone who wants to feel like a person instead of a paycheck. The day after my incident, I spent hours calling all of the Lawyers I could find in Dayton. Nick was not only the first to respond, but he actually called me personally, setting him apart from the vast majority of all the others I called. On that initial phone call, he took the time to make sure he understood every possible detail of my incident and gave me his honest opinion of the possible outcomes. I met with Nick in person the following day and immediately felt at ease. He remembered everything we had talked about, was engaging, pragmatic, and honest while taking the time to fully understand my desired outcome. His office staff was also extremely cordial and helpful and even called to give me appointment and court appearance reminders. After my first court appearance, he took the time to meet with me again in person to discuss all of my options, the implications of each, and how they would affect me, making sure I fully understood everything. We met in court for a second time and when it was all said and done, Nick not only got my charge reduced further than my initial plea bargain, but he was able to get the mandatory license suspension for my charge reduced by half. He not only met, but far exceeded my goals that we had initially discussed leaving me with the best imaginable outcome for my case. After my charge, Nick continued to answer any questions I had in a respectful, informative and timely manner. I would 100% recommend Nick to anybody!!!!!!!

Rob eliminated the stress more than I thought could be possible and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome of my case. Everyone saying the only thing they are about is money, and only money is BS. If you want the best, you have to pay for the best. I was set up in a case, charged with a F1, and thanks to Jon Paul Rion, not only am I not a felon.. I served zero time in a prison!

Horrible communication there at the end, never even contacted me after case was finished I had to call in and play phone tag with people and finally I just got fed up and cancelled my appt to go talk to them. Super unprofessional for paying the amount of money I did. Never again, and I will not be referring anyone to them. Will be telling everyone not to associate with them.
