I wish I could give Bruce Nicholson and his people 10 stars. I knew nothing about BWC when I got hurt at work in 2012. For 4 months employee health kept giving me narcotics but no treatment. I finally went to see Mr. Nicholson' even though I'm generally skeptical about attorneys. I was in constant pain and could barely walk or stand. Mr. Nicholson explained my rights under the BWC system and took on my case. He thought I needed treatment and told me it was my right to see another doctor other than employee health. I did so and it was incredible. I was no where near cured but by the fourth day the pain relief was such that I stopped taking narcotics. I learned the initial basic diagnosis at the ER was incorrect and I should have been in treatment right away. That began a 2 year battle with my employer who was opposed to treatment. They pulled every dirty trick in the book to deny and delay treatment. I still believe they were trying to force me to retire. I wasn't looking to get rich, just healthy. There were 6 hearings in front of BWC where my employer had their attorneys. Mr. Nicholson's people showed up for each one fully prepared and won every time. They really do stick up for the little guy. They got no extra money for all this extra work. They did it because it was the right thing to do. Many other attorneys would have dumped the case after the first hearing when they saw their costs rising and time commitment increasing. Frankly I was surprised when Mr. Nicholson did not. If you are in the Dayton area and have a BWC injury call Mr. Nicholson right away. They will treat you right!

Mr. Nicholson and his staff were great in assisting me with my Workman's Comp claim. If you have a claim and you are on the fence about getting a lawyer, please, don't hesitate and just do it. Mr. Nicholson was great about helping me clean up at the end of my claim process. I waited too long and didn't get the proper representation I deserved. He was a big help getting me a better settlement than what I would have gotten on my own. Don't make my mistake!

Jacob Hollmeyer was very professional but at the same time very personable, she explained things well, very friendly, and I can appreciate that it's nice to speak to someone that has a nice attitude nowadays you just never know so I really appreciated her friendliness..
