These attorneys are awesome!! I took a case to them this past summer, this is the 2nd car accident law suit I took to them. I never imagined I would be getting the amount of money that I am.

Very poor law firm. He leaves cases without telling clients. He files the wrong paperwork, so the case is a failure from start. Dayton Bar Association has numerous complaints on him. Would advise to go else where for legal needs. Waste of time and $$$.

Robert Raper worked with us on Social Security Disability claim. He walked us through the process step by step, explained everything in detail. He was extremely helpful and took all the time we needed to understand the hearing process. We won our case! I'm not a fan of most attorneys but Robert is definitely an exception.

During the time this attorney represented me, he made commitments he could not fulfill, did not represent me to the fullest extent possible, kept vital information to himself until the very last minute which prevented me from making the best decision possible, was only concerned about his fee and not his clients defense, lied to me continuousy, would not return my numerous calls-texts-emils, and used his relatives as an excuse not to do his job. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY -- HIRE A COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND HONEST ATTORNEY!

If you want to hire a bunch of incompetent fools congratulations, this is your company! I was involved in a bad car wreck , the person that hit me had a suspended license and talking on his cell phone while speeding at 80+ i went to the hospital and have permanent back and head injurys. The insurance company offered 12k to settle. They wanted more. I TOLD THEM To SETTLE, They didn't and we went to court. They said we can get double that easy. Passed me off to different lawyer every time we met, nobody knew my case. We won and I was awarded $300 I owe $1200 to them in hidden fees. Now I'm in Debt ,a totaled car, cancelled insurance and none of this was my fault.

He was filing my appeal for my disability. He never filed it. Never returned phone calls or kept an appointment. Always had a personal crisis to cancel the appointment. He has wasted a year of my time and now I will have to refile and find a "REAL" attorney!!! DO NOT HIRE HIM!! You will be the one who loses in your case. Get someone who will fight for you.

Took our money and disappeared. Continued to cancel appointments, reschedule and then cancel again. His location changed three times in six months, and his numbers as well. He never provided any accounting of his time and never provided any refund. He fails to respond at all.

After a great experience with this firm and Doug Mann in 2001, I returned to them in 2011 after I had a bad auto accident. This time my experience has been anything but good! No one there ever returns my calls or emails and the receptionists they have answering the phones are rude at best! I'm sorry I didn't go elsewhere!
