James is an amazing attorney. He's a very kind, caring, supportive, trustworthy, knowledgeable attorney. He works hard and makes sure he does the very best for his clients. I would absolutely recommend James!

The lady who answers the phones (I believe her name was Tammy) is absolutely the worst representative a law firm could have. Yelling into the phone to asks questions and circuitous non-answers or highly curt responses to questions asked are in no way becoming of an established law firm. When I asked the lady about Attorney Baulmer's rates for the service in question, she states, "$275 per hour. You're free to go somewhere else." This hardly seems like an appropriate response when inquiring about an attorney's rates and services, especially from a family law firm with mostly positive reviews. Needless to say, I am more than happy to announce I am in fact exercising my liberty to go to another local, reputable law firm with a clear total for the services to be provided. Mr. Mues, I understand you and your staff have a limited schedule; nonetheless, I would encourage you to reevaluate whether your employee in question offers any value to your firm, especially if this is not the first time you heard about this behavior from her.

James was very efficient and thorough. He communicated effectively and always responded to emails or calls. When I would get emotional in regards to my case he was very patient and helpful in guiding me to the best legal action for my benefit. He is a great attorney and I highly recommend him for any family law needs or divorce.
