James Miller was outstanding. He made a sad stressful time not as bad. He helped us every step of the way. I was most impressed on our court date. He sat with us, told us exactly was going to happen, and when most lawyers let there clients fend for themselves with check he helped us. Started working with Chip back around 2008 on a custody/ shared parenting case in Darke County. We were able to get the shared parenting agreement established even with me as the father being 500 miles from my daughter. My daughter was at the time 5 years old. Now at 13 in 2017, my daughter had strong feeling of wanting to live with me on a permanent basis. 9 years later and 8 months of hard work, patience and determination, Chip made this happen for our family!
