Great services friendly office staff and very understanding lawyers.

Rushed through my case. Didn't seem to matter to him at all that I lost custody of my children for literally no reason at all. All he cared about was the money. Please go to someone else. Someone that will care about you and your situation, because this firm did NOT at all. I'm now stuck getting a different lawyer and going back to court AGAIN. Had he cared the first time, everything would be different now. So upsetting.

Mark Fisher and the team at Staton, Fisher and Conboy just helped me navigate through a divorce proceeding and were excellent at helping me navigate this crossroads in my life. If you're ever in the circumstance of needing similar help, I highly recommend them. Through not only the pretrial process, but also at the hearings themselves Mark and the team helped explain the paperwork necessary, and saw to it that we came to a fair and reasonable settlement. First offense | OVI & Reckless Opp | Agent CONBOY On September 2, 2023, I was found sleep and drunk behind the wheel pulled off to the side of the road by an officer. I found Fisher & Conboy Despite hiring an attorney (Conboy), he mishandled my case and it was a disaster. His communication was poor, missing multiple court dates and failed to return calls or emails promptly. He even lied about providing me court evidence so I could review it [dashcam evidence]. He rushed me into pleading guilty without fighting to reduce the charges. I was told I was being charged with an OVI and Reckless Op. The courts dropped the Reckless op in second court appearance and negotiation. I was told before seeing the judge by Conboy that I was charged with 2 OVI's. Failing to communicate the charges to me. I paid $2000 for his services, which were worth NOTHING. I advise AGAINST HIRING HIM . 1/5 stars for his poor performance. Mark is incredible. He stuck with me through 3 years of a nightmare that was a custody case for my children. He never wavered and never backed down from getting me what I asked for, as many know as a man in ohio getting 50/50 shared parenting is incredibly difficult, but from day 1 in 2021 till the final conclusion of the proceedings he believed in my case and my rights as a father. Pushing all the way through and making sure I was awarded exactly what I asked for. I cannot thank him enough for everything. I can't recommend him enough!

I've gone to see Mr James Staton twice now because he and his office staff are amazing at doing their job. He'll be straightforward and honest with you, he's very knowledgeable with the court judges in the county.
