Mr. Deveny will bring kindness, honesty, intregrity and compassion to your case. I first had the pleasure of meeting him back in 1993. He took my case and he worked with me financially. I came out 100% on my case some 27 years ago. He did a fantastic job. I called him yesterday in hopes that he was still practicing law. I had a legal question so I called and left him a voicemail. He called me back first thing this morning and he was just as friendly as I remember him. After all his clients over the years he still remembered me. If you seriously need a good attorney. Look no further. Call him. He will do a great job for you. He sure was a blessing in my life.

I absolutely believe in his core values and genuine respect as well as his hard working dedication to my case. He was extremely diligent and held full knowledge of the best practices to gain my expectations from the court case I had brought before the court. I have never knew anyone that knows all laws of this county and the proper way to make a case, Dain was absolutely brilliant in the motions filed and adjusted my case to be prepared to win exactly what I had expected. Andrew actually looked my wife and I in our eyes and asked for money while we were in an extremely rough patch in life and then took the money and disappeared. Literally, he never returned one call and when stopping in again and again he didn’t even have the courage to let us past his receptionist. Outside of law this is the exact definition of stealing and being a theif. Don’t be fooled by his gentle and kind ruse. He will take your money and run and do it while your reaching out for support and help. RUN

Mr. Kennel handled my chapter 7 bankruptcy. He is very competent, knowledgeable, and a true professional. He walked me through the whole bankruptcy process, to where I fully understood, the process.

Horrible and unprofessional Lawyer He gives horrible advise, very rude and unprofessional, an obvious shark in the lawyer world, and does not care about you or your case nor does he act as if he does. I followed everything he told me too and he did nothing but set me up for failure. He was late to court dates, got my case mixed up with other cases on several occasions, very rude and unprofessional. He is not the lawyer I found online and given his 40 plus years of experience, you'd think he'd be able to hide the fact that he doesn't know what he is talking about. He back peddled on many occasions and situations involving my case than withdrew because after I brought up that he has back peddled several times and gotten my case mixed up with other client cases. When making payments, his card machine was down and unable to accept payment, but he yelled at me (ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME AND WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL) when it came to payment concerns. I mentioned I had tried to make payments but unable to due to his machine and was willing to mail checks, but it was not good enough for him not to mention he flew through my retainer fee due to his mistakes and poor memory.
