The manufacturer and dealer had poor response, but as soon as we contacted the law firm everything changed, and was handled very quickly, and with amazing results. Hint for every RV buyer in the future. Make an RV bible. Every interaction you have with Dealer, manufacturer. All paperwork, and anything related. NEVER get rid of this, or any part of it. Little things matter. Dates matter. Also if you try to play a game upfront it may cost you on the backend (don't play games with registration or use).
