Purchased a new 38 foot Forest River Sierra. After one month it tore up the gear box on the long slide. A month later with new replacement gear boxes, it had torn up two more. After many conversations with the Forest River customer service complaint department they refused to honor the warranty. I am very fortunate that I found Ron and Linda on the web doing a google search one night.
