Very knowledgeable

Would like to give Lawyer Anne Harvey a big thank you for all the talented work she has done for me over the last few years. Anne is very detail oriented and closely monitors all items pertaining to your case. Her strong points is negotiation, years of experience, and explaining all steps and processes to you. I will always continue to use her when required. Don't base your decision on cost, base in on experience and talent level. You'll be glad you chose Anne.

I was terrified being faced with litigation regarding my alimony. She met with me and listened, did not judge, she explained to me my options and was very positive but honest. I appreciated her level-headedness throughout the whole process.

Anne not only represented me in my divorce case, but also fought for custody of my kids! She was straight forward with me, asked what outcome I wanted & fought to achieve this for me. Other lawyers dread going up against her due to her feisty nature. Highly recommend!!

Her knowledge, confidence, and overall personality drew me in immediately. Horrendous. The fact that there's a $275.00 "consultation fee" should've been warning sign #1. That and the fact that she went through 2 paralegals in the few months that I should've been ever so grateful to have her as my attorney, snort! She looked right at me and walked right by me while I waited for her at court, because she had no idea who I was. Shortly after that, I got a letter basically firing me as her client , seriously?, because my "mom of 3 kids wants full custody " situation wasn't interesting or high profile enough for her. Then she bills me $1,100.....for what? I gave her a bad review on Facebook, AFTER she friend requested ME, with the nerve to message me asking me how I knew her. Laughable! Stay far away from this joke of a divorce lawyer.

Getting divorced? If you want sympathy, talk to a friend or find a DivorceCare group. If you want psychoanalysis, see a shrink. If you want sound legal advice, hire Anne. She also gave me good financial advice for the settlement phase, such as dividing pre-tax vs. post-tax money and keeping track of what goes on the Montgomery County PRO site. She gives you the information you need to hear and allows you to make informed decisions. Admittedly, I didn't take 100% of her advice, but I hold myself accountable for that outcome in which I kept what was most important to me. Over 6 months has passed since my divorce was final, and in hindsight I believe I truly hired the right lawyer for me.

Anne has been there for us from the beginning; from custody matters to name change trial. Anne knows what questions to ask and she will represent and be responsive to all matters. If you are going the long haul for truth with your children and family, Anne will work in your best interests. Thank you Anne.
