Very caring and knowledgeable. He's not out to "bleed people dry" for a paycheck, and actually cares about his clients needs.

My father is 75 years old and was rear ended while stopped at a train. We were afraid that he would not be able to get any help with his case since he was a passenger and the driver did not seek any medical attention. However, Attorney Phillips was so helpful and was able to assist with getting all of his bills paid and a great settlement! She always returned our calls and kept us updated with how the case was proceeding. My entire family is grateful for her and the assistance that she provided to Dad.

In a time when lawyers take a lot of flack about their fees and their job it is refreshing for one who did a great job to hear about it and have their support staff thanked. It also encouragess them to help the next person who needs it too because the effort was appreciated and they heard about it. Mr. Flahive and staff were very helful when I needed them the most.
