When I highered them to get custdy of my two grand daughters they said it would be $3,000.00 and take about 3 months.So far I have paid $5,000.00 and it has takin almost a year to get tempery custdy of just one of them and they said I still owe them over $2,400.00. For what? As far as I can see they haven't done I've already paid them for! If you need a good lawyer,don't call them!

Why was I contacted to work at your firm? I do not want to work in Columbus and am based in Toledo. Further you do family law I have little experience in that regard nor do I wish to work in that field! Please look more closely when your trying to fill a legal assistant position. You should want someone in your area and with significant experience

theese people are con/scam artists you will pay them thousands and get nothing in return i would not use this entity horrible next stop bar association maYbe an attorney to recover money charged during covid -19 when the court systems were clearly closed. 5,000 dollars charged to my credit card and I never even seen a courtroom.

In the process of filing a bar complaint. They took my $2000 retainer fee for work they "claimed" to do and DID NOT! Even claimed to file motions that I filed myself! Rod showed up to my emergency hearing completely unprepared with no background and of course let the hearing go down the drain which screwed up my whole trial process! Thanks for nothing! You should have your license revoked!

Had free consultation. Advice given was taken, and resulted in change of mind in the other/opposing party. We therefore did not need to retain. Should opposing party resume original opinion, we will retain.

I was in a terrible custody dispute with my ex. I was very upset and afraid of my ex. Rodd listened to everything I said and remembered everything I said. He was aggressive in court and used the information I gave him very well. We won the case and my ex has backed off.

I wanted an easy divorce from my wife. She wanted a fight. Rodd and I discussed fair terms for a dissolution. Because he was pro active and stayed on top of the case, my wife and I finally reached an agreement and had a dissolution. I highly recommend Rodd.
