I've consulted with Breezy Warner for advice about contracts for 2 separate occasions. The first time I needed advice on an employment contract and how it might complicate filing a patent. She laid out all my options clearly and made sure I knew what kind of tactics the people I was negotiating with might use. Thanks to her advice avoided a potentially costly mistake. The second time I consulted with her it was about a contract related to home ownership with a partner. Again, she provided me with all the relevant information I might need, and made sure I understood the possible outcomes of each option. She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to her job, and takes the time to work with you. She is supportive, but she doesn't sugar coat her answers and is very direct. Legal stuff, whether it's contracts or court cases, can be extremely convoluted. Her ability to cut right to the point is a huge asset when trying to navigate complicated and confusing legalities. I'll definitely use her services again.
