This lawyer charges a flat fee. He gets paid every so many months. Weather he does any work or not. I used him in my divorce case until I had to let him go. We agreed verbally in court on a divorce agreement. After six months of this lawyer putting minimal effort into getting this matter settled. I ran out of money and had to go to court myself.

Jack was my Divorce attorney for my Newark Ohio case. Jack did a outstanding job for me to ensure my questions were answered and exceeded my expectations. He got the case done much sooner than I thought. He was informational. He was personal and friendly. He made a difficult situation smoother and more clear for me. I especially liked how he provided clarification and education regarding legal requirements and the court process . I would highly recommend him for any domestic issues.

I was a client of this attorney. He was always about the money and failed to follow up most issues with my case. He would call every Monday to update me on my case and then charge me significant amounts of money to do so. He actually charged me $140 to say "I am still working on it." He actually used comments he attributed to me on his website. Of course he made them positive which, obviously, isn't how I feel. Comments I never made

I hired Jack as my lawyer and he did a wonderful job in taking care of my case, he truly care for me, provided me with updates, he was available to answer to my questions/concerns. He did a great job during my trial, he did all the right moves and at the end He was able to proof that I was right and I was satisfied with the magistrate resolution. I was representing myself but it was a big mistake so I spend money in Jack because my peace of mind do not have a price. He is a great lawyer

Jack represented me for my Dissolution in Delaware Ohio. Jack took care of everything and I could not be more pleased. I felt that my needs did come first because he was constantly in touch and took care of everything. Ask him for his Monday call list-great way to stay in touch. This was my second attorney and it was like night and day. My case was painful as well as difficult. My Husband ended up in a nursing home at the last minute and Jack still got it done on time.

Friendly, caring, understanding, truthful, honest, throughout the entire process even through the tearful days - no matter what he was there for me. Jack took care of me and did not worry about what he was going to get out of this type of case. Jack was truthful from the beginning of the case until the end about how tough this type of case was going to be.

He seemed like a competent lawyer at first but then after a few weeks / months, he changed. He did not look after my interests. He is rude and obnoxious and only cares about his fees. He didn't perform the critical research needed for my case until the 11th hour...Keep looking there are better lawyers in this area than this clown...
