I consulted and hired (paid upfront). James W. Park to execute my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2019. He went with me to the Southern District Court on the day of my hearing. I included the house in my bankruptcy and bankruptcy approved including my house. My mortgage company continues to hound me even though I sent them certified mail to STOP. I have been trying to call him and text him to ask questions but haven’t heard back. Maybe on vacation?? I have recommended him to friends.

James was very professional, informative, helpful and understanding. I had a consultation with another attorney who made me feel horrible about having to file bankruptcy. I meet with James and he made me feel at ease. He is also reasonably priced.
