We've been dealing with Curtis for so long that now that our case is settled we're going to miss him! He took one of the most horrific times of my life and got us through the legal process. He was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions and every time we spoke, I hung up feeling so much better. What makes Curtis great is that he really knows what he's talking about but what makes him stand out is that he genuinely cares. Simply put, he will get the job done and you will have no worries and feel like your old friend is taking care of you. I hope to never have to use him again but would hands down recommend him to anyone.

February 1, 2021 will be a date that I will never forget. My life has been forever changed due the injuries I suffered from a car accident. It took a village to get me to my new normal. The expertise provided by him was heartfelt within a system where a person could be felt cheated. Our particular attorney and staff were very friendly and efficient in all ways. They were very attentive when we would talk to them and always kept us informed of any changes or dates well ahead of any meetings.

My husband and I both used this firm with good results.

I called and spoke with a representative from this firm for an hour and he promised to go over the information with a colleague and call me back and NEVER did! I called back and was advised they had NO INFORMATION OF MY CALL!!! The woman who answered the phone stated she would be happy to go over the information with me and determine if they are able to help me!!! I am HIGHLY disappointed and would not EVER recommend this firm to any of my family or friends due to the unprofessional service and disregard that I have experienced!!! He took notes or so I thought he definitely asked the questions as if he did! Now I see that he wasted my time and because our discussion was personal regarding a wrongful death it was emotional so to be completely disregarded is very disrespectful and disheartening! I thought this was a company that was trustworthy, helpful and had a familial aspect that’s why I chose to call them but I was truly wrong! I would not want anyone else to feel this way!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not expect this law firm to help you. Their rude and tried to have me do their job for them even though I'm being charged. I recommend Kevin kurgis. My husband was the one who contacted this garbage Elk and Elk law firm.
