Jim Peters, a middle aged man in a subrogation money collection business for auto insurers, screamed at my ear from the top of his lung when I was directed to call his office. He shouted that I owed money to his client. I told him right away I did not, would prove, and then proved in the civil court of law. I was vindicated. Jim Peters lost. I won. This guy is money monger and treats other humans like dirt. Don't get overpowered. Fight back and teach him a lesson.

Jim Peters is a terrible human being that believe he is above the law, he screams at/over his clients and threatens to ruined there lively hood even when the client is following the court orders. He doesn’t care about the notes the secretary puts in the system, or you for that matters because his ego/title want allow him to do so. He has no respect for women and constantly talks to them as if they were dogs, and also treats them as if there road kill in the middle of the road the continues to get ran over and over again. If I were you I would get a lawyer and also record every phone call because he acts as if he has dementia or all-timers already. If you can’t prove that he is a corrupted old man in court then none of this matters, but beware cause the devil comes in many forms but just know God will rise.

I don't understand how our system allows a person like Jim Peters have any kind of association with our state government and be as rude as he is to people. anyone that has had to deal with him can truly understand what I mean. There firm is too fast at having people's liscense suspended. Had my wallet stolen and identity. The only one I forgot to inform and give my new info to was this law firm. Payment wasn't even a week late they tattled to the B.M.V. quicker than a todler that had they're sippy cup stolen. I contacted Peter's as soon as I realized. Again, been making faithful payments for years. As in the other review he thinks it's okay to be rude, yell, and hang up on people with no effort on they're end. I encourage anyone that reads this and has had the same issues to do the same as i and not only leave a review, but contact the bbb, they're district representative or any other legal way to not have to deal with this lawyer or this law firm. If I could leave a zero star rating I would.

I would highly advise against dealing with this company at all costs ! I have unfortunately had to deal with Jim Peters for over a year now and he is by far the rudest nastiest narcissistic person ! Each time I have had to speak to him on the phone he has made sure to let me know (in his words) that he is in charge of the conversation and nothing I say matters!! I let him know I’m a single mother of a disabled child to which he replied he didn’t have time to hear that, go talk to a priest, therapist or whoever I needed to!! Mind you I have NEVER missed a payment nor been late! I simply called to talk to this so called man about my case and got treated EXTREMELY disrespectfully and talked down to! His treatment of people is UNACCEPTABLE and should be reported! You do not get to look down on people and treat them poorly because you “think” that you are in a position of power over them! Shame on you Sir! Examine your life and morals and how you treat your fellow man!!! I truly hop his co workers and partners see these negative reviews and deal with this appropriately!

I have been making monthly payments for an accident from almost 6 years ago. There has been more than one occasion where I have talked to Jim Peters and he has been completely rude and disrespectful to me. The most recent incident happened today where he apparently was having two conversations so I wasn't sure when to speak or when not to speak and I told him it was confusing ME and he went so far as to begin YELLING at me, told me how old he is and that he is not confused and then even hang up the phone in the middle of me trying to give him new debit card information for my payment.it honestly made me cry.VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to call back twice and spoke with Jordan who was actually very nice and calm and spoke to me like I was a human being.
