I called Atty Perry today, March 30, and the first wonderful thing that happened was that he answered the phone in this time of turmoil (sigh of relief).
After I explained me issue, Atty Perry explained my options clearly and reassured me that he would be available if I needed him.

Jeff was professional and was able to assist me with a consultation. He was very knowledgeable and was easy to speak with. While our working relationship has not had need (yet) to go beyond our initial consultation through our conversation it was clear Jeff had my interests in mind. If I have further need to escalate my legal needs I will not hesitate to reach out again.

I must say, Jeff was absolutely professional and he he cared about my case. He was easy to work with, he was aware of my case, he showed sincere interest in what I said. I enjoyed working with Jeff. Knowledgeable, courteous and thorough ... he kept the case moving to a positive resolution. My only angst was that it took much longer and cost 2 x what I had expected to get resolution. That said, I would use Jeff again if I had a similar case which required Lemon Law, Consumer Fraud or Magnuson-Moss issues. He's knowledgeable and has sufficient experience in the field to inspire confidence in his client.
