I’ve worked with Emily twice and received good pursuit settlements without having to file a lawsuit; these are not easy to get. If we had, would have made it through summary judgement. John was instrumental in protecting my credit. I was sued by Discover Credit Card for failing to pay a balance that I did not authorize. They refused to listen to me when I tried to reason with them. John helped get the case against me dismissed saving me the expense of going to court and restoring my excellent credit. I would not have had such a positive outcome without John’s valued representation. I would highly recommend his legal counsel to anyone who is looking for legal advice and/or assistance.
