Truly an amazing attorney.

I went with this attorney when filing bankruptcy in 2012. In 2015 my fiancé filed bankruptcy with her. Katharine is without a doubt the nicest, most “human” attorney we have ever met. Our situation was unique. After initial review of our case with two other law firms and being turned down as clients, Nanette Dean agreed to take us on in a Chapter 13 case. Ms. Dean has represented us for the past 5 years. As situations arose she was readily available to answer any questions along the way. Six months prior to scheduled end date of our case, we realized we had paid off our bankruptcy. Through Ms. Dean, we petitioned the court asking if our case could be closed early.
