I recently was very pleased and satisfied with the services performed by Russell Golowin. I went to Mr Golowin to update my basic Will and he presented me with a Estate Planning Portfoloio which was much better! He also finished the final distribution process for a Irrevocable Gifting Trust. I felt very comfortable with Mr Golowin and would highly recommend his services to a friend.

We had a very positive experience with Russell at Golowin Legal. My husband and I were looking for a basic will and we learned how much more there was to estate planning. Not only were we educated by the process, but have a great sense of relief knowing we've planned for the future. We've shared the output of our estate planning with others and they all have been quite impressed in comparison to what they received from other legal providers. Went to Galowin legal after my son passed away and I needed a probate lawyer. Everything went pretty smoothly and was completed within the timeframe needed to be. I mostly appreciated Russell‘s compassion during the whole difficult process. I would definitely recommend Russell Golowin.

Russ gave a seminar to the State Teachers' Retirement System of Ohio, during which he offered an initial consultation by phone or in person. We spent an hour on the phone a few weeks later, during which we reviewed our current estate plan. Russ concluded that our plan had all the bases covered, and we really were not in need of his services. There's nothing better than a counselor that is so client-oriented that he does not try to sell you something if you don't need it.
We highly recommend him, and will definitely retain him should the need arise.

I recently appointed Russell Golowin as my attorney. As a recent retiree, he helped me provide all of my assets and wishes in a Trust. I have peace of mind that my wishes and assets will be distributed as stated. Russell was very thorough and asked appropriate questions to ensure I understood the documents.
