I attended a presentation at my place of employment. It focused on what documents need to be organized in an easy to access way for survivors as well as the differences between survivorship and probate. I found it very informative and has motivated me to begin organizing my important documents better as well as how to help make it easier for surviving families when theme should come. Mr Golowin is very easy to discuss things with, his explanations are clear and questions answered were easy to understand.

I consulted Russell Golowin with concerns about my sister’s hospitalization and Medicaid application for long term care. He was very patient, kind, and considerate. His counsel prevented me from taking precipitous and uninformed action. He explained how my sister could revoke power of attorney documents she had signed. Should she need a voluntary guardian or conservator, Mr. Golowin will be doing the work.

Although I am not able to hire Russ because he is not licensed in my state, I highly recommend Russ to anyone that wants to create an estate plan. Very reasonably priced, as I have interviewed others who try to talk you into expensive plans. I'm also using his firm for other needs. Such a relief to have it finished!

There's nothing better than a counselor that is so client-oriented that he does not try to sell you something if you don't need it. We highly recommend him, and will definitely retain him should the need arise.
