I first met Russell when he was doing a presentation for OSU employees. I was impressed with his thorough presentation, his knowledge and his easy going demeanor. I thought he would be the perfect fit to educate my mom on some legal decisions she would benefit from. While that is still in progress, my wife and I had Russell complete our wills and other legal documents and we could not be more satisfied with the quality of his work or the ease of the experience. I really appreciated Russell Golowin's free webinar outlining what needs to be considered when developing an estate plan. Working with him was a great experience. He explained everything thoroughly in language someone without legal expertise could understand and was patient as I worked through so many details I hadn't anticipated needing to answer. Russell provided a wonderful service in assisting me in updating my will, informing me about updated procedures for organ donation, living will, power of attorney, and probate avoidance. His on-line process is easy to navigate and very helpful in preparing the updated documents. Once the will documents were completed, Russell set up an on-line process for document access which will prove very helpful for me and my family. I am now confident that I have an advocate when that time comes.
