My husband and I met with Tim to put a Trust in place to make sure our home and savings didn't go through probate and specifying who would get what since we don't have kids yet. I have worked for Tim for many years so I understand the benefit of estate planning, but being on the other side of the table was different than I expected! He helped guide us through the process (and was very patient in explaining everything to my husband who doesn't have any experience with this type of stuff).

All of the Jarvis staff are all very friendly, efficient and quick to respond. We experienced very satisfying planning, discussion and comprehensive execution of our future legal plans for our family.The plans were very thorough and informative, especially in areas we were unfamiliar with. We cannot be more pleased with the scope and sequence of our final plans.

I have enjoyed working with the staff at Jarvis Law Office. Everyone is always pleasant and I never ask a question that is not given thoughtful consideration and I receive an answer. I love knowing that my assets are in a family trust and my children will not have problems with my estate once I cross the Rainbow Bridge and met my pack of dogs. So glad I decided to attend one of your presentation and get my Family Trust!

Jarvis Law office did a outstanding job setting up all of my trust/will paperwork. The Firm answered all of my questions relating to, whom would receive any processions upon my death.That was main reason. Also no rush tactics for me to retain Jarvis. Actually I did go home talked to my sister, (she has them ) I called later that day to schedule appointment to sign.

The attorneys were very knowledgeable about elder law in West Virginia. The staff was very friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. It took a lot of pressure off my sister and me as this was and continues to be a difficult time with my father.

Jarvis Law Office did a great job for our family. Our daughter has special needs and we want to provide for her after we are gone. The people at Jarvis worked with us and set everything up so our daughter will be financially taken care up. It's a great feeling to know she will be provided for.
