In our experience with Richard, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made what would’ve been a dreadful ordeal for us rather painless and simple. Conversations with Richard were pleasant and productive and we found him to be very understanding and non-judgmental. He walked us through each step of the way and clearly explained the whole process, what we needed to provide, what he had to do on his end, and what to expect. Richard was always available for any questions we had throughout the process. We highly recommend his services and cannot praise and thank him enough for setting the future of our family on the right path.
