Run folks. I used 2 lawyers from this firm. They're out for money and nothing else.

I personally worked James Gemelas, my experience has been nothing short of a honest and hard working attorney fighting for me and my kids. James always answered the phone and responded to text, which is a huge deal when going through a divorce. I've got to know him not only as a attorney but as a friend as well. The man know his stuff and never steered me wrong one time. I was in trial for 3 days straight and not at any point did I feel at a disadvantage. I would highly recommend James for anyone looking for a good honest attorney and someone that knows there busniess very well.

I used Merrill through this firm. He got when I needed done, but his secretary is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. I had a lot of questions during, but because I live out of state, I could only call them in and deal with her. In the end, I didn't even bother trying to have my questions answered through him.

The day you need to hire a lawyer is not a great feeling. I asked friends for advice and I was directed to call Douglas Merrill for help. Doug was extremely helpful and kept expectations realistic. His prices were reasonable, especially considering he had to travel an hour to the my courthouse. I wouldn't hesitate a second to call him if, heaven forbid, I'm looking for counsel again.
