Steve Albenze is a terrible attorney. He didn't even know which child he was talking about in court. He failed to include both of my children in anything and mixed them up the entire time

Attorney Brown provided excellent legal services for me. Today was the final trial and he won me full custodial and residential custody!! I couldn't recommend him more if you need legal services for your custody issues!

I was referred to this law office by the Lorain County Bar Association. Zach was able to assess what has been going on with my issue and quickly suggested a resolution which was the solution to a 4 year problem. He is great in explaining legal terms and im quickly getting to the root of your problem. He is great!

Response to owners response.. Sir, I can assure you, that she NEVER asked me the level of urgency, she asked me for a description. Once I began, she engaged, so I kept going until she cut me off. Then, she proceeded to say "gosh, I thought someone died...so this isnt URGENT, urgent" then came the laughter. Yes. Laughter. Which I immediately muffled with repeating the fact that this was very urgent when it involves me and my deceased siblings burial plots, there is nothing to laugh about. She jumped right to an appointment available and brought up the $50. Sure enough I did decline, but with saying, "why would I pay $50 to be laughed at?!" Then she proceeded to argue and be condescending. But the only thing about your response that I find interesting is....she said you were in court....all day!!! Not to mention, I had someone sitting right next to me and heard it all. 👎 so because you claim she didn't laugh, and she explicitly did, I'm going to have to object to that one!!! Original Post: Deplorable!!! Whoever the gal was who I spoke to today 06/02/2023 at around 330pm couldn't lack anymore moral code then she did today! To call someone back who was referred to your office for help regarding his dead siblings graves and his plot and then proceed to say my situation was not only not "urgent urgent" then proceeds to laugh at me...how awful. How incredibly heartless of her to do this to a family that was simply seeking help. I will be filing an official complaint with the bar and will be posting this message everywhere. It's truly sad that I was referred to this office for help but can assure you, have never felt more hopeless. To do this to a family who has lost almost everything...Shame on her. Shame...shame...shame!!!
