This guy is a laughingstock in the Elyria court system. He wasted 6 months of my time and did nothing he was asked to do. Filed my temporary order late and got my entire case dismissed. He changed me $250.00 for email correspondence and refused to give me back any of my retainer after doing absolutely nothing for me. I embarrassment to the legal system. Don’t trust this guy.

Zachary Simonoff was the second lawyer I have had to assist me with legal issues. While my first attorney was also good, I felt much more comfortable and the difference between a "big city" lawyer and one that knows your local judicial system. Zachary Simonoff was much more involved and I didn't feel like I was "just another number". I am sure he could help outside of the area either directly or through his extensive contacts, but I want to make sure if someone out there needs legal assistance (criminal defense, general practice, etc.) and you are in Lorain County, go with Zachary Simonoff! I can't emphasize enough, that going with a local lawyer is the way to go because Mr. Simonoff and his associates are familiar with how the system in the area works. Especially Mr. Simonoff. The fact is that he is empathetic of your situation and will work to get you the best possible outcome. For me, he was able to get me probation, suspended fines, and work with the court to get me back to my life. I will definitely utilize his services in the future and absolutely recommend him as a top lawyer. Thank you for everything Zachary Simonoff.
