The owner of this business never made disparaging remarks about anyone. Those claiming differently seem to believe everything they see on facebook or read without verifying that the source was true. Without any hesitation, these same people posted negative reviews about this company - affecting all of those who work for it and who have worked their entire life to uphold their reputation. It's very unfortunate that there is no way for an owner to ask Google to remove negative reviews about false-claims against a business. Dayton DUI is passionate about their work, and no way are the claims true.

Mr. Babb did not disappoint at all and has helped me numerous times. I am very grateful for his work he has done with my speeding tickets. He is great and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

After several consultations with male lawyers, I decided to go with a female lawyer thinking she would have my back. The male lawyers just said everything my soon-to-be ex was saying was true - end of story. I’m thinking, “you aren’t going to fight for me at all?” Well, Jamie didn’t do anything! My ex’s lawyer (also female) asked for paperwork from me so I asked for the same back from my ex, but Jamie never followed through. My ex put things in the decree that my new lawyer told me should never have been in there. Ex kept threatening me and Jamie did nothing. My ex’s lawyer was unethical and should have been disbarred. I have lost $160,000 in spousal support due to Jamie’s lack of support.

Did a great job I was pulled over in Clark County for a DUI. I blew a .09 I had to attend the 3 day class and only had a 3 month suspension. Charles and his team did a phenomenal job representing me and I would hire them again. He did a great job walking me through how things would play out during the consultation and he was pretty close to spot on. I was charged with 3 separate charges and he had 2 dropped and one was plead down from a OVI to a disregard for safety. I have 4 points on my license and had to pay just under a total of 5,000 for everything. Thank you Charles very pleased and would recommend you!
