Mr. Smith was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, responsive and completed the legal work needed with expertise. He and his assistant provided a warm atmosphere. Mr. Rowland did an excellent job. He explained the whole process from the beginning. His office was always responsive. And his assistance helped the situation work out better than I expected.

Id considered bankruptcy for awhile. I was going to go “attorney shopping” and David was first on the list. After meeting with him..I didn’t feel I needed to meet the others. He explained everything in great detail, was very personable and friendly and patient with me because I had some questions. He is always quick to email back. His price was excellent for what he done. I never felt confused or worried or the feeling you sometimes get with attorneys..where they clock watch and seem bothered by you..he was all around great and gave me a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone trying to decide if the bankruptcy process is for you. Hands down, the best in the Dayton area.
