David is very prompt and reliable. The whole process was a breeze thanks to him. He is very pleasant and personable, I could not have asked for a better lawyer.

We hired David do our Bankruptcy. He was very professional about everything. Once we got him all the documents he asked for, we had a quick turn around with our case being filed. I really don't understand the handful of negative reviews for David Smith. He did the wills for my wife and I a couple of years ago. He asked a lot of questions, made sure it was how we wanted it, made recommendations, and responded quickly to emails and calls. Contrary to one other review, his email address has NOT changed (it's still the same as it was when we hired him to do the wills), and neither has any of the rest of his contact information. Also, his paralegal is knowledgeable and helpful, so if he wasn't available she either helped us or had him get back to us. Overall, a great experience.

From the first time we met Mr. Smith, he was very concerned about our welfare and explained the process of chapter 7 very thoroughly. We communicated back and forth on email because we had lots of questions. It didn't matter what time of day or night he would get back to us. We highly recommend Mr. Smith and won't hesitate to contact him again as needed.
