Traci is a great lawyer and takes care of business in the court. She has an exceptional support staff that can handle the majority of details while letting Traci finish the job. I would highly recommend this law office for your attorney needs.

I was referred to TCV Law office for representation by a close family friend. I assume, just like myself, most don't people don't hire an attorney during the "best" times or situations in your life. I am so grateful to have found Traci. She is kind, understanding, personable, knowledgeable and attentive. It was very reassuring for me to have all of my options explained completely and in terms I could understand. She has an incredible support staff as well. They show the same kindness and attentiveness to her clients that Traci does. I highly recommend Traci and her staff!

Says she's a good lawyer, unfortunately we didn't experience that. She was always out of the office and in court for days during the week. The majority of our conversations were with her paralegal staff. Unfortunately a paralegal can't explain or translate to you the legal process of the matter. So we stayed clueless not understanding anything,. She resigned from our case within a day of us calling with angered concerns of constructive criticism due to the lack of communication. If you're looking for a lawyer that explains, communicate and walk you through the process, I would not recommend her for your services. The posting was made after we had the opportunity to speak with another Attorney who was able to personally walk us through the process and explain to us in detail how the court orders and filings worked. They also guaranteed us that communication would be done with other attorneys and not paralegals who actually have limited information regarding the procedure of the law. My daughter just wanted to speak to her attorney to get clarity from the legal perspective and not just a paralegal telling us vague statements "you are helping us, that you are working on it". Sorry if we thought we should have heard more from you. I apologized for my error and still hold true to it for being out of order, but it does not erase the fact that you still did not have time to make any personal connection with her. Please note that the beginning consultation and my daughter requested that I be included in the discussion of the case. You stated during that time you needed to get the transcripts for the case first, however it's stated in the email on 7/7, that you did not get the transcripts, but informed my daughter of the $88.00 cost, and still never got the transcript you mentioned from the original consultation. It was also brought to my attention that my daughter did not sign the fee agreement until 7/7/21 after she decided to come into the office on her own will, due to lack of communication and that is when she was informed that your firm did not have the sign agreement, that was originally written on 5/4/21. It was also noted that she did not get the email regarding the documents because your firm did not have the correct email during the first initial week, which we did not find out until we called because we did not hear anything from your office. I stated in the apology email that the documents requested on July 13, was sent on July 14 via text. However, we did not find out until the 21st that your firm did not receive them, because we sent it to the fax number, we also found out that day that the text messages had to be emailed and not sent by text as the paralegal originally requested. As I stated before in my review, lack of communication and follow up. If you want personal feedback and communication Tracy Comb did not present that to us, me or my daughter. Unless we said something that ruffled her feathers. Like the post, truth is truth we needed more personal communication with the attorney and not the paralegal. So I guess what you stated was true. We were not a good fit. I'm glad we have found that attorney now that follows up to make sure we get/got the documents within the first couple of minutes from our conversation and I will post my comments on their post based on my daughter's past experience with the Tracy Comb Law Firm. What I find ironic is you lashing back at a comment that I made based on how I felt my experience was for me. Isn't that what the reviews are for? What you say may be true to some instinct, but it still does not change the fact that your firm could not meet our needs and expectations. Sorry

Traci was my lawyer on my divorce case. Which I had to fire her and hire a new attorney. She had multiple phone conversations with the courts over a 10 month time span. She could not do anything for my case. I had to contact her several times to find out what happened. Which took sometimes 3+ weeks to find out what happened. She and her staff do not return phone calls. Made promises that she and her staff couldnt keep. As a professional with 10+ years experience she couldn’t come up with a proposal for my case. Very sad. Very poor. And highly would not recommend.

Jacob Long is not going to promise you anything or tell you what you want to hear to get your money. He cares more about my well being and telling me on a stern but caring way that I’m going to lose a great job and my children possible if I keep heading down the road I’m headed if I don’t grow the hell up. He didn’t just talk the talk he showed me with a caring and compassionate heart that he will be right there with me along the road that has a few curves and it’s not gonna be easy but he knows I’m gonna make it and he will be right along the road with me to give me hope and encouragement. I’ve never seen a more caring, and true to his word lawyer in my 41 years of life.

Hands down the best attorney you could ask for. He will go above and behind for his clients. Ive hired Mr. Long multiple times and he's always done the best he could for me. If you need a lawyer. Set up an appointment with Mr. Long.
