Had a great experience getting everything i needed with john

Celeste's guidance (and patience) in the information gathering process has been wonderful. She deserves a raise!!!!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT USE THEM FOR MEDICAL DEBT HELP. We were lied to the entire process and I ended up having to call the debt collector myself and work out the issues. I now have a judgement against me because this company did not communicate with me. I’ve been trying to ask for half of my retainer back for the past two weeks and was supposed to have a phone call with an attorney 2 times and they never called and or reached out. Do not waste your time!

I really wish I could give this lousy place zero stars. You need to stop taking money out of my husband's account (Alex Hampton ) went there today for his appointment to try to get our money back and stop business with you guys officially and you guys said the guy who made his appointment wasn't there to speak with him. He then asked to talk to a manager and you guys said he couldn't. Every week you guys take money out of our account and you are not doing anything. This will be the third week you guys have taken hundreds of dollars from us. We have asked you multiple times to stop charging us because you guys aren't doing anything except for sending the same email to us and ignoring our request to stop payment. We are making a claim with the BBB. Stop stealing our money !! You guys are nothing but frauds

I also agree with the last comment from another client, any time I call, me and my wife have to wait, we get no call backs, my retainer is paid in full, and we had a court date that was missed by the attorney.

Beware! They will take your money and say they are going to do something. Never call you back when you call asking for updates. Then they don't deliver on what they said they would do. Then when you ask questions post payments they tell you to find out yourself. This has been the worst experience I've had dealing with a law firm. I hope they didn't treat all their clients like they treated me! I'm my opinion these 5 star reviews cannot be real. Just beware people. I try to contact them but they never return my calls! Then they expect me to contact my creditor to ask questions... This place is the worst.

Spoke with this firm, gave accurate information and step by step.what to expect along with all pricing & fee details

We have been paid off for two months and we still don’t have a court date or a lawyer. They told us not to pay our bills because they would be covered under bankruptcy. Our truck has been repoed and they never got it back leaving us to use all our tax money to buy a new car. As of yesterday, our gas has been turned off. I will never use these people again for any legal needs.
