Wouldn't recommend for many reasons.

Kevin is first and foremost an ethical and conscientious person. He is meticulous in research and forthright in method. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable. I found him to be kind and compassionate which, sadly, is not the norm in this profession. He has a calm manner and really listens to his clients.

Kevin is understanding and highly communicative with his clients. I appreciate is detail oriented nature, and his ability to be directive during such a stressful time. Helped me very much, and made sure my needs were taken care! Would highly recommend to anyone in similar situations.

Anyone looking for an attorney to handle your case and stay in contact with you throughout the process this is not the attorney. At the beginning he promise me that he would handle my case in a timely manner, but once he was hired he did not communicate with me. Not to mention that I had to constantly call and leave messages that were never returned, and when I did speak with him he would tell me the same exact thing over and over. Upon questioning him he would get offended and a conversation would turn into an argument. I personally had to go to the hospital to obtain my medical bills, in fact I had to do everything just to get my case moving forward. After he did finally speak to the claims adjuster and we decided to file a law a suit against the against the other party he still let my case sit in the pile for another month stating it was number three to be filed and that he was working on all these case by himself since he's a sole owner which makes you wonder why take on more than he can handle. Do your self a favor and hire another attorney if you don't want to go through more pain than you're probably in and don't want your case to drag on for a year like mine only to end up starting over with another attorney while your medical bills goes into collection waiting on this attorney to handle your case. DON'T DO IT!
