Very fast and convenient

Fantastic experience working with KNR! I felt very involved and informed the whole time. I’ve never been in an accident in my life so I wasn’t sure how to proceed. I’m happy my claim took less than 6 months to resolve. I absolutely recommend KNR!

AVOID!!!! They claim to Never take more than the client, which I would say is true IF THEY EVER PAID MY BILLS!! I received 1/3 of my settlement only. Who knows where the rest went!? They told me they had agreed upon amounts from the doctors I seen, which I had to sign off on and was PROMISED a copy for my records. They NEVER paid my bills and they all got sent to collections. The doctors' offices tried to contact them to resolve the issue, and KNR sent them a check that was already expired. When the doctor called back, they wouldn't return the call to handle the bills. So I tried to get involved, and KNR REFUSES TO PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH MY LEGAL TEAM, BILLING OR DOCUMENTS DEPARTMENT They are a waste of time. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 months... I'm starting to think they don't have a bill pay department the money just goes in their pockets. Find a different lawyer run far from KNR. "Expect more from your lawyer" I sure did, super disturbing.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. The staff at KNR were very accommodating and pleasant . I would highly recommend this firm to everyone.

i was apprehensive about calling knr, but once i met with their attorneys, i knew i made the right decision. their entire staff is courteous and their attorneys are among the best. i have and will continue to refer people to keith malick. he is not only very professional, but he is a great person. he cares about each client.
