I was in a car accident last year and they have been so nice and helpful through this whole process! I spoke with Gina the most and she is really nice!

I once had an accident settlement through KNR a few years ago. They settled my case smoothly so I decided to go with them again when I was involved in an accident last year. The case was settled, but I have not received my settlement check yet. Every time I call to check on it, I'm told the insurance company isn't responding. My calls haven't been returned and I keep having to reach out. Not sure how this will go. But I'll give an update once everything is handled. *UPDATE* My settlement took a little longer than expected but I'm overall satisfied with the outcome of my case. The communication improved and they were honest on their end. If you're patient, they will get you together!
