I contacted the attorneys at Kisling, Nestico & Redick for a car accident that I was involved in. They went out of their way to find information we had requested regarding our Police Report, and called us back with more information than we ever expected, with all the information being 100% accurate. They are people that goes the extra mile. Thank you again for helping me un this difficult situation.

Their charity event robbed us of a coat they took without asking if just had cleaned that was in our trunk

Not really happy with the service of the legal team. The paralegal was changed in the middle of my case without explanation and the new paralegal didn't seem to know my case. A couple of other times when I called for an update on my case I did not receive a return phone call even after I left a message for a return call for an update on my case. I thought the settlement would have been larger due to the seriousness of my accident and the length of time it took to reach a settlement. I have been in a couple of accidents (not my fault) and had used a different law firm and the communication and length of time it took to settle was a better experience. I've seen KNR commercials and believed that I would have had a better experience but honestly I was a little disappointed. The bright spot and reason for the three star rating was because every time I called in the receptionist was very professional and courteous however I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this law firm at this time. Hopefully the reviews are being read and they are working to improve their service.

I wouldn't hire again they're holding a lot more money out than what we agreement says, adding things that should not be on their in the first place, should have gotten more money than they did

What a joke!! I called their office for a free case evaluation. I spoke to a secretary for about 3 minutes before she said she was going to put me through to the attorney for an evaluation. They were on the phone and I was told they would get right back to me. They never did call however and now a week later I get a letter stating that, "They decided not to accept this case." Guess what bonehead? I didn't offer you the case! I called for a "free evaluation". I guess you guys get intimidated when it's not a traffic accident... Oh well! Keep chasing ambulances..... Also, I have read all of the other 1 star reviews.. Don't bother leaving your little "canned speach" as a response to mine. I do not welcome any further opportunity to waste my time. This review was more time than you gave me already!!

These guys are the real deal! After my accident, I was very shaken up… I suffered some pretty bad injuries, my car was destroyed and the insurance companies were such a nuisance. My attorney gave me a sense of relief from the very first point of contact. He was thorough, attentive and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I knew he had my best interests at heart, which made me feel confident in both him and my case. As expected, he delivered on his word and I got a great settlement. It was much quicker than I expected, and most importantly, it was no additional work on my plate. KNR handled everything, checked in with me consistently, and made what could’ve been a horrible process into a positive one. They were the light at the end of the tunnel after my accident – from my attorney, to his paralegal, and even the front desk staff… everyone was exceptional!
