Expect to wait months for any response in communication, if you get a response at all. Told me the day before the court hearing that he would not be there and an associate I had never met or communicated with before would be representing me. Does not respect clients’ time.

Dave Chernosky was top notch. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer. He always responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He helped me get my case settled faster than I could imagine. I hope to never have to go through a lemon law case again, but should I have to or know anyone who does, I would absolutely recommend Chernosky Law Offices.

Attorney Chernosky took my case and negotiated a settlement for my Tacoma. And it happened much faster than we thought it would. David, in my experience, returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner and he kept me posted with updates on my case. I'm happy I used Chernosky Law. FYI, The Ohio Attorney General website recommends that you use an experienced Lemon Law attorney if you are attempting to go this route. Don't use just any general practice attorney - use a Lemon Law attorney.
