She showed up late to a mediation then tried to get me to sign for a temporary visitation schedule that only benefited my ex husband. I dismissed her from her services after she cancelled a meeting with me and did not respond to questions. She kept the full amount I paid her and said it was a flat fee even though she did not do what she said.
