This was by far the worst experience I ever encountered with a settlement. I got into an accident in July of 2020. When I first got into this accident all of these different law firms were calling and Brad Keating and his firm were one of those calls. I finally decided to go with B.K. because they made everything sound good. Once I was done with my chiropractor appointments they were going to start on my settlement. Everything was going good until I stopped hearing from B.K. and his firm. Months go by and I hear nothing about how my settlement was going. I took it upon myself to reach out for some type of help. Long story short B.K. and his firm was God awful when it came to communicating with me. It was always me reaching out to them! Needless to say I eventually got my settle in March of 2021. After blowing them up about my money they finally cut my check in March of 2021. Let me mind you I got into my accident in July of 2020. I went almost 10 months without a vehicle and couldn’t get any updates on how my settlement was going. I wouldn’t recommend them at all!!!!!

Signed on the dotted line in January. I’ve made several calls and left messages over the past few months and no one will respond. I have no idea what is happening with my case right now.

I have been with them since November of 2020. They are a good firm to work with. As long as everything that needs done to you is done quickly. I keep getting shuffled around to different paralegals a lot, this is my third one so far. Trying to get a hold of them is a chore, sometimes next to impossible. I know I'm not their only client. But communication works. I have been trying to provide updates to them via email and phone. The only person that I can reach is the front desk. I am supposed to have back surgery for the damage caused by the accident and my GI doctor told me my hiatal hernia mesh is damaged. As for whether it was caused by the accident or not he couldn't say. I may have to go to the ER for my back if it keeps deteriorating as it is now, barely walk and because of the spinal damage my legs are constantly numb and I have severe pain in my back and my mental health symptoms have been exasperated due to the stress of everything. I do recommend Keating Lawfirm, but, you'll have to keep on top of everything and keep trying to contact them, otherwise it's next to impossible to contact them. Like I said, I recommend them, but you'll have to be on top of things, provide updates (if you can), and if you have to call the front desk if you can't get ahold of the paralegal assigned. Right now, it has been over a year since my accident and everything is going slow due to the doctors schedules. Besides that, they are a good firm to work with when you do need help, if you can get ahold of anyone without sounding like your desperate. So, right now I'm in a holding pattern without a strong net at the moment. Besides my psych doctors and family, and the Keating Lawfirm (when you can talk to someone). I have read all the reviews, both positive and negative. Keating recommend my therapy doctors and specialists. This could be my depression and anxiety talking but sometimes I do feel alone in this.

The entire staff was very helpful especially considering my accident was at the height of the pandemic. Albeit maybe keeping the client in the know isn't their strong suit, however they mosy certainly had my best interests in mind they got me the absolute most they could from the cheap and disgraceful insurance company thank you to all of ya guys for helping me!!!

I was in an accident almost a year ago. I was the passenger someone ran into our vehicle. We where contacted by the Keating law firm. We completed everything they asked us to do. It took us about a month to complete everything that was asked. We sent them over the documentation and have not received anything from these people. They will not respond to emails they will not keep you up to date. I took it upon myself to reach out to them only to find out they have transferred my file to another lawyer without even letting me know. This company is a SCAM. Please use another company or someone local. They are getting rich at the expense of others. THIS IS SAD!! Don’t trust these people. I still have not received any payout from these people!

i’ve been waiting for about a year to even hear anything from them all they do is repeat the same thing thur have been telling me for months at this point i don’t even think they are working on my case i don’t recommend them they are terrible i just want this horrible situation to be done and over with 🤦🏽‍♀️

This company called my daughter the less than 12 hrs of her accident! She wasn’t really familiar with the process & when we talked we decided not to use this attorney. They’ve gone ahead & acted as though they are representing her after numerous attempts to inform them we do not want their service. They’ve set the Insurance a letter stating they are representing her & have now caused this claim to be reissued to another claims adjuster! Unfrofessional

Worse communication I have ever had with a firm , no one can answer questions! No one picks up my call ! I worse experience I have had with my attorney and her team ! If I do not hear back I will be moving forward with case somewhere else ! I truly feel as if I was scammed !! Update : I wanted to say this was the worst experience I’ve had with a firm . But there are good and understanding people in this firm . I want to thank Andy O’Hara for taking me and my sisters case . From the first conversation we had, he was so understanding and he didn’t only give us better results but he listened to us complain about how we were treated and never once put the blame on us . I am truly happy our case was put in his hands. Andy thank you for your help. He is currently working and doing this thing to assist me and my sister. Hope to hear from you soon .

Me and one other person was involved in a car accident around March of last year. Yet, here I am writing a review practically a year later, because I have yet to hear anything. This company is definitely super unresponsive. Super unprofessional. I definitely regret working with this firm. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR SCAM OF PROMISING YOU HELP!

I feel like nuthing is going anywhere with my case

I was hoping they would help me get rid of headaches in life after the accident, not cause more. Brad is a good lawyer and very knowledgeable, but you’re only as strong as your weakest link. The weak link for this firm is Brad’s paralegal, Angel Ball. Long story short, she failed to do her job and send one last email to all the Drs offices I visited before we settled with the insurance company. You know, just to make sure all bills were accounted for. And yes I accepted the summary for the settlement, but I had no idea what the specific amount were for. I guess it’s my fault that I took it for granted they would do their job to the best of their ability. Now I’m stuck with a negative account on my credit report , I just found out about, for a bill that they didn’t pay for $890. This was after multiple conversations with her telling me, “don’t worry, we’ll make sure all your hospital bills are accounted for”. Her sending only 1 request in March to the hospital for my bills and never again, even though my medical visits didn’t end until June, is quite ridiculous. So as long as there’s a chance that she would be handling someone else’s case, I can not suggest anyone use this law firm for any reason. Sorry. Update 4/22/2022: I can’t stand companies that get on here and act like they’re all about helping you out when you post a below par review. After their reply about them dropping the ball and giving me a number to contact to get the matter taken care of, I did call. I never got to talk to anyone but the answering machine. I left multiple messages and here it is months and months later and never heard a thing. My opinion is they just left that reply to save face on here, just acting like they were actually going to help get my credit report fixed that they messed up. Oh well, only about 5 more years until that negativity bill falls off my credit report. I am of the same opinion as when I first posted, probably wouldn’t hurt to try someone else other than this law firm.
