Whatever you do, DO NOT hire this Lawyer & Law firm especially if you have dignity as a human being and do not want to be treated like some illiterate dirt. The unprofessionalism is ridiculous. No Transparency and the worst part is the communication. You don’t hear back. Once you sign over your case to this firm, that’s it ... you’re done! I am mailing my letter in today to have my files released so that we can all move on from here. You’ve been warned! Thank you.

If i could give them negative stars i would. Me an my wife were both in a car accident. This so called law firm called us made everything sound good. But it was to good to be true. They have been giving us the run around sent us to a doctor office that wasn't even open. There was no communication the number they call from says no longer in service. We got a call from them today saying they dropped our case. Because we don't have car insurance witch is not true. We have full coverage then they call back an say they didn't drop us there was a misunderstanding. We try emailing them witch didn't work it says we are blocked from sending them e-mails. THIS " LAW FIRM" is a joke

I have never been in a position where i qualified for a settlement due to injury (thank god) but Brad and his firm were very helpful in walking me through the process, keeping me updated and in the end rewarded for my injury with a GREAT settlement. At times i wasn't always able to get in contact with Attorney Keating but if i left a message or sent an email he would almost always return my call/email within 24 hours and if he was unable to at that time a peer at his firm would be sure to get in contact with me and answer any/all questions i had. I give a 10/10 recommendation for the Keating Firm.

I really appreciate all the work that this firm did for me. I didn't think I was going to get what they got me for my accident. Thank you for all your help.

Very little communication was hard to get a hold of Brad. Had a doctor bill reporting on my credit 4 months before the settlement was paid that still hasn’t been taken care plus other doctor bill’s that was suppose to be paid are popping up now also.
